Please help me lose weight!
Weight loss programme
I came in to Happy Landings weighing a mighty 9.35kg. I am a bit of a couch cat and like my food a little too much! I used to run off all my food playing and hunting, but the cats in the neighbouhood kept bullying me, so I stopped going out....sat more....ate more....
Please can you help me? If anyone else is losing weight and can help keep me motivated please contact me with any words of wisdom or bright ideas that could help.
They tell me that the average weight for an adult cat should be nearer 5kg so I have a lot to lose and a long way to go, it all seems rather daunting just now. I need all the encouragement you can give me.
